\nIn addition to complying with relevant national laws, every activity and production process that may have repercussions on workers and the environment must also respect the social and environment management rules imposed by GOTS certification.

Thanks to the global recognition of the standard, producers and traders of organic textile products can now operate under a certification accepted in all major markets.<\/p>\n

The GOTS organisation issues an environmental certificate verified by an approved third party certifying: the organic natural fibre content in the intermediate or finished product; traceability across the entire production process; restricted chemical use; and compliance with environmental and social criteria at every step of the chain, from harvesting of the natural fibres at the field to the manufacturing stages that follow, all the way to labelling of the finished product.[\/vc_column_text]\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>
